What should I wear?
- The dress code is casual - wear something comfortable and remember you will get warm so layers are a good idea.
- Footwear should allow your feet to move easily and safely - no trainers or flip flops!

Health & Safety
We ask that you bring hand sanitiser and your own drinking water. Our venues are well ventilated and we encourage social distancing where possible.
Car Parking
Parking is on the street around Patrick Road (Tuesdays). Allow time to find a space.
St Paul's (Friday class) has its own large car park at the venue.
